Was ist "Agrobiotechnology"?

The steadily increasing global population and the increasing demand for food that goes hand in hand with this pose challenges that can only be tackled by applying innovative approaches and creative solutions. Agricultural crops nowadays must be produced as efficiently as possible, ensure healthy nutrition, or be useable as renewable resources. Plant biotechnology is the key technology for tackling precisely these challenges.

Abschluss Bachelor-Studiengang mit fachlichem Profil, das eine Grundlage für die Aufnahme des Master-Studiums darstellt. The entry prerequisite for a Masters degree course is a Bachelors degree with a relevant subject profile and a minimum grade of good. The decision on whether or not the prior course of studies matches the required profile is taen by the faculty. Prerequisite for admission to the Masters program is also a proof of sufficient language proficiency in English. This may be evidenced by a) either: TOEFL test with at least 550 points (paper-based test), 213 points (computer-based test), or 80 points (inter-net-based test), or IELTS test with a mini-mum grade of 6 in the academic test; b) or: proof of university entrance qualification awarded for one of the following countries: Austra-lia, Ireland, Ca-nada, Aotearoa/New Zealand, the USA, the UK, South Africa. c) or: proof of completion of an English-language Bachelors degree course.
