It's a two-room-guest space in a three-room apartment. Suitable for one person or a couple from 30+ of age. One room in this beautiful 3room flat is used as my office - on a daily basis. My art-agent comes from time to time from London to Berlin. You will see me on a daily basis for questions or chatty moments.
The 2 Rooms:
in a charming old fashion building. CLOSE TO THE BERLIN ART INSTITUT. The lake just around the corner.
The 1st room is backside located and very quiet.
I named it "MARLENE DIETRICH"
The bed has a very comfortable mattress for good and deep sleep.
The 2nd room is front side located and more alive because of the street. Can be used as a living room if you wish.
We named the 2nd room "Nikita".
Also, we wish to provide good and deep sleep: We offer a very comfortable newish mattress in the measures of 140×200×30!
Happily: Cooking on gas. /// Small fridge /// no oven. IMPORTANT for us: Meat preparation/storage unwanted.
The monthly rental payment includes organic teas, organic great espresso, organic oils and herbs, laundry supplies. We have a cleaning service!
